Connor Jordan
Head Coach
Connor Jordan
Connor’s background in coaching and playing at the Tier I and Tier II levels over the past 20 years helped develop his positive and upbeat coaching philosophy where each player will be constantly pushed to reach their full potential. Team chalk talks, video review, team building and a commitment to a comprehensive coaching mindset have been Connor’s mindset since his humble beginnings.
Originally from San Jose, in Northern California. He grew up playing hockey in the Jr Sharks organization at the Tier I and Tier II levels from 12u - 16U age levels. Upon ending his youth play, he started coaching at the grassroots level as a junior coach in 2008 at Sharks Ice; joined the San Jose Jr Sharks organization at the age of 19 and was moved to the 12u and 14u levels as an assistant and later head coach from 2011 to 2016. Connor was privileged to coach two Quebec International 12U teams.
After completing his BA from San Jose State University, (Sociology) in 2015 Connor moved to Boise, Idaho in 2017, and head coached the Mountain View Mavericks Varsity hockey team for a few seasons before moving to Southern California.
Connor, “discovered and recommended” by our very own Coach Kurtz, has spent the last several years focused on developing players both on and off the ice and fostering a strong and competitive team environment.

Kristi Kehoe
Coach
Kristi Kehoe
Kristi's hockey career came full circle when she was hired as the Lady Ducks' director in the summer of 2023. The Southern California native jumped onto the national radar in the early 2000s while playing for the Cal Selects.
After a standout NCAA career at Northeastern University, where she scored 88 points in 135 games, she began her coaching career. Kristi dedicated 12 years to coaching with Hockey China at the IIHF U18 World Championships, and NCAA Division I and III levels...capped by serving as Lindenwood's associate head coach. During this time she often coached at the LDs' annual college camp. She also serves as the Director of Player Development for the New England District of USA Hockey (9 years).
Her passion for developing players has only gotten stronger over the years. "I want this to be the program in the West where people want to come play," she says. "Not only do I get to come home, but I considered the opportunity for an impact on the growth of the girls' game and hockey in general that is here.
"I want to take what we have now and make it as elite as possible. I want our top teams to be teams the AA players want to be part of and approach development holistically. The younger girls will look up to the older girls because the older girls will be helping at their practices. We have the facilities, now we have to work on the development."
