Lillian Marchant
Lilli is entering her 4th full season of coaching for the Lady Ducks. Her experience playing NCAA hockey balanced with earning a Biology degree have given her the perspective which is great for the mentoring our AAA program looks to offer our players.
Born in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada while her father played for the Edmonton Oilers, Lilli started skating at 18 months old and fell in love with the game immediately. Lilli moved to Southern California in 2006 at the age of 8 and began playing in the in-house league at Anaheim Ice coached by her mom Caroline Marchant, making the Anaheim Lady Ducks 10u team the following season. She continued through the program playing 10u-19AAA winning a bronze medal at nationals for 14u in 2012. Lilli followed up with National Player Development camp selection and went on to play NCAA Division I at Lindenwood University in St Charles, MO where she was an assistant captain her senior year playing both forward and defense.
Lilli has experienced many successes throughout her playing career and knows what it takes to succeed at the highest level. After moving home in August of 2021 Lilli got right back into hockey. She enjoyed coaching this past season while being the assistant coach of the 14AAA team. Some of her favorite childhood memories are from being a Lady Duck developing camaraderie, team work, overcoming the challenges of school, travel, competition and the X's and O's of the game. Her next chapter is deeply rooted in her desire to bring back to the program her knowledge, skills and leadership to the bench for the program that helped build her into the person/player she has become.Ashley Marchant
Coach Ashley Marchant is a former Lady Duck Alumni who participated in Lady Ducks hockey from 8U to 19U. She was a member of the very first 8U team that the Lady Ducks had ever fielded and was part of the immense growth this program has seen. Multiple District camp appearances and USA Hockey National tournaments over the years, she has a wealth of experiences as a youth athlete contributing to her later collegiate career. An avid student athlete, Coach Ashley wanted to have the dual experience of both high academics and to continue playing the sport she loved. Following her high school graduation she attended and played at Chatham University, a NCAA DIII school in Pittsburgh, PA. Here she was a double major of Biology and Psychology, a Student Athletic Advisory Committee (SAAC) representative, and her highest achievement of being Captain of her team for 4 out of the 5 years she participated (2nd-5th). At Chatham she helped lead her team to their first ever playoff appearance in program history and each year improved their season's record having winning season's. During her time she also experienced major injuries leading to her decision to continue playing at Chatham for a 5th year where she completed a Master's Degree in Biomedical Sciences. Last season she returned to Lady Ducks as an Assistant coach for the 14AAA team and this season will be joining the staff for both the 14AAA and 16AAA teams for the upcoming 2024-2025 season.Chase Reddin

After completing his BS from Cal Poly Pomona in Computer Science, Chase is excited to use his knowledge of Tech and love of hockey to help bring these two together and give players more tools for success. “I’m very passionate about hockey, technology, and learning how sports and technology are becoming more intertwined than ever.”
Chase is known for his positive coaching style and bringing out the best in his athletes while developing their individual skills to work toward TEAM goals. We love Chase’s talents in this key area and he looks forward to bringing the 16AA team back to USAHockey nationals for a 4th straight year!Caroline Marchant
