    Since the start of our season Mia has consistently improved every time she steps on the ice. She is willing to try any position by asking all the right questions to help her succeed in any of the positions we place her in. She is just a great teammate and friend to all the girls on the team and brings such a great attitude and smile every time we see her!

    This is Anabel’s first season of playing hockey and came to us through our Learn Her Way/Play Her Way program! Since the start of the season she has progressed tremendously in her skating ability, sense of the game and basic skills. As each practice went along she’d be willing to try all positions asking questions along the way to help her succeed and understand. During her first official game as a Lady Duck she found her calling in playing defense and left it all out on the ice and showed those

    Olive brings a competitive edge to every practice and game. She has a great attitude on and off the ice, and strives to improve everyday!

    Memphis Tagaloa
    14AA
    Memphis has been absolutely amazing in net for us, posting two shutout wins in the month of September. Memphis works as hard as anyone on and off the ice, and leads by example with her stellar play. She is a phenomenal teammate and continues to impress with her poise and presence in the net.

    Maren Ruth
    14AAA
    Maren has been working tremendously hard at her individual play and has improved a lot. This has shown in her game play in Stoney Creek, she scored the game tying goal and that being her first 14AAA goal as well! Maren is always willing to learn and correct mistakes making her very coachable. The coaching staff is super excited to see how she will continue to improve!

    Eleanor really shined with her commitment, effort, and positive energy in September. Playing through a nagging injury, she led the charge competing hard against 17u boys teams and not backing down!

    Darby has started the year in mid-season form with a drive and competitiveness that is a model for all of her teammates. She saw 50+ shots in each of her first two games as the skaters in front of her were still finding their way to start the season. As our team offense has started to come together, Darby has kept them in every game and has inspired the confidence that we can win any game with Darby in net

    Victoria continues to push herself through every opponent she faces. As the only goalie, she tries to keep herself outside her comfort zone to further develop her skills. Keep up the hard work!

    Aleenah Clemen

    Aleenah has been a great addition to the Lady Ducks family this season. After moving down here and billeting, she has wasted no time connecting with the team and setting a great example with her work ethic, attendance and attitude. She continues to improve while making those around her better and all with a big smile!

    Ruby Scalzo

    Shows up to practice with a good attitude, ready to work hard, have fun, and competes hard in every rep of every practice. Leads by example on the ice with a relentless work ethic, physical play, and is always pushing and supporting her teammates. Ruby is always positive on the ice and on the bench and is constantly looking for ways to improve her game.

    We are so proud of the work ethic and strides to improve that Lenny has put in this season. It has shown tremendous growth in Lenny's performance. We love seeing the push to be the best they can be the past two months. We cannot wait to see how the season continues with the time/energy being put in!
